To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions that apply to all bookings.
Deposit & Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation at Letsitele Guesthouse, we require a 50% deposit to be paid in advance. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to prepare for your arrival accordingly.

📩 Payment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or message once your deposit has been received.
Please note: Bookings that are not secured with a deposit may be automatically cancelled to make room for other confirmed guests.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
We want your stay to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Kindly take note of our check-in and check-out times:

⏰ Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated upon availability and must be arranged in advance with our reception team.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.

❌ Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

❌ No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full forfeiture of the deposit or booking amount.
We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes in their plans.
General Information

All guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in.

Letsitele Guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

No pets are allowed unless previously arranged.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be liable for repair or replacement costs.
